Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotes for goods and services

  • Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate records of transactions

  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery

  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishment planning

  • Support vendor management and maintain supplier databases

  • Help resolve invoice discrepancies and liaise with the finance team

  • Provide general administrative support to the procurement department

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a procurement, purchasing, or administrative role (preferred but not essential)

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with procurement software is a plus

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

  • Keen attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset

  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
