Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct technical SEO audits and implement fixes to improve website health and performance.
  • Optimize site architecture, internal linking, and crawlability to enhance search visibility.
  • Work on indexation, canonicalization, structured data (schema markup), and XML sitemaps.
  • Monitor page speed, mobile-friendliness, and Core Web Vitals, recommending improvements.
  • Identify and resolve crawl errors, broken links, and duplicate content issues.
  • Implement and manage robots.txt, meta tags, redirects (301, 302), and hreflang for international SEO.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure SEO best practices are followed in website development and migrations.
  • Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and search engine guidelines.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in technical SEO.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website architecture.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Magento, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEO automation tools.
  • Understanding of log file analysis, website migrations, and server responses.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement actionable SEO strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with JavaScript SEO and rendering.
  • Knowledge of Python or SQL for data analysis is a plus.
  • Familiarity with local SEO and eCommerce SEO strategies.
