About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our growing team at our Bridgetowne location in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, engaging with customers and driving business growth. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in achieving our revenue targets whilst delivering outstanding customer experiences. This role offers an excellent opportunity to earn a competitive salary of up to 28,000 PHP per month, plus the added benefit of complimentary Grab credits to support your daily commute.

Key responsibilities

• Outreach to prospective customers through phone calls, emails and other communication channels to promote our products and services
• Present product features, benefits and pricing to potential clients in a clear, persuasive manner
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions that address their requirements
• Maintain accurate records of all sales interactions, customer information and transaction details in our systems
• Follow up with leads and customers to nurture relationships and close sales opportunities
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis
• Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally, providing solutions that ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members and management to share best practices and achieve collective goals
• Participate in training sessions and product knowledge updates to stay current with offerings

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a call centre or similar environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills that enable you to build rapport with diverse customers
• Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Resilience and adaptability to handle rejection positively and maintain motivation
• Proficiency with computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Time management and organisational skills to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification as a minimum requirement
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including potential evening and weekend shifts
• Preferred experience in telecommunications, retail, financial services or technology sectors
