Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Officer to support finance operations. This role is responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, managing supplier payments, following up on outstanding receivables, and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable (AP):

  1. Process supplier invoices and verify accuracy against purchase orders.
  2. Prepare and process payments, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.
  3. Maintain vendor records and manage invoice/payment inquiries.
  4. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.

Accounts Receivable (AR):

  1. Generate and issue customer invoices per contract terms.
  2. Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain AR aging reports.
  3. Process and allocate customer payments accurately.
  4. Resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues with customers.

General Finance Support:

  1. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  2. Support internal audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
  3. Maintain organized financial records.
  4. Process purchase orders, creditor invoices, and credit card transactions.
  5. Ensure invoices are approved, coded correctly, and reconciled with supplier statements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in AP/AR or general accounting.
  3. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial transactions.
  4. Experience with Xero accounting software.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
  6. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  7. Must be willing to work full-time in the office located at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City (Mon-Fri, dayshift).
