Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our fast-growing Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting high-quality candidates to meet the organization's staffing needs. You will work closely with department leaders to understand hiring requirements and drive the recruitment process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be passionate about people, possess excellent communication skills, and have a keen eye for identifying top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking, and headhunting to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Interviewing & Assessments: Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with department heads to define staffing needs, develop role descriptions, and create candidate profiles that align with business goals.
- Job Advertising & Employer Branding: Manage job advertisements across multiple platforms and actively engage in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Offer Management: Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to extend offers, negotiate compensation, and guide new hires through the onboarding process.
- Reporting & Metrics: Maintain detailed recruitment data and provide regular reports on key metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and clear communication throughout the interview process.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends, tools, and technologies to improve the hiring process.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
- Knowledge of candidate sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and interview techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when needed.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
- Preferred: Experience with high-volume recruiting, recruitment marketing, or social media recruiting is a plus.
