Job Description

As aSoftware Developer, you will help build the next generation of applications, developing and enhancing business-critical solutions using industry-approved tools and best practices. Collaborate with Development Team Leaders, Managers, and stakeholders to ensure projects meet timelines and requirements, driving innovation and efficiency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The Qualifications We Seek

  1. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Software Development.
  2. At least2 to 5 yearsofPHP (Laravel) development experiencefor junior-level roles; mid-level experience preferred.
  3. Strong knowledge of at least one of the followingframeworks: Flowable, Camunda, jBPM, Activiti, or other BPM tools.
  4. Experience withService-Oriented ArchitectureandBPEL.
  5. Proficiency inRESTful web services,relational databases(MySQL, PostgreSQL), andweb frontend technologies(HTML5, CSS3, SASS/SCSS/LESS, JavaScript, TypeScript, AJAX, JSON, jQuery, Bootstrap, Angular, or React.js).
  6. Experience inmobile app development.
  7. Strong understanding of thesoftware development life cycle, including CI/CD and testing best practices.
  8. Practical knowledge of unit test frameworks.
  9. Familiarity with Linux-based platforms for application deployment and maintenance.
  10. Hands-on experience with modern software engineering methodologies (Design Thinking, Agile, DevOps, Continuous Delivery, UX).
  11. Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving and technical innovation.
  12. Excellent communication and problem-resolution skills.
  13. Proactive in sharing knowledge with team members.
  14. Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
  15. Maintains professionalism, integrity, and transparency in delivering work.

Your Daily Tasks

  1. Write and implement efficient code for company systems.
  2. Identify areas for modification in existing systems and develop and test these modifications.
  3. Collaborate with the Team Leader or Manager to set priorities and key deliverables.
  4. Take technical responsibility for designing and implementing systems and components.
  5. Maintain and enforce programming conventions, best practices, and methodologies.
  6. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure integrations and solutions meet business requirements.
  7. Provide accurate development task estimates and proactively communicate potential delays.
  8. Manage development processes to comply with industry best practices and the ISO27001 framework.
  9. Follow an agile development methodology, ensuring proper use of documented user stories, backlog reviews, and progress tracking.
  10. Adhere to quality assurance procedures.
  11. Prepare applications for deployment on production systems as required.

Key Deliverables

  1. Develop code and processes that align with best practices and company guidelines.
  2. Ensure all software, systems, and processes are adequately documented.
  3. Take necessary measures to maintain uptime of systems within the team portfolio to comply with agreed SLAs.
