Electronics Engineer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Prepare necessary documents and reports as standard operating procedures of the company.
2. Monitor the electrical/electronic and mechanical functional operations and procedures of the production process flow, including set-up parameters and start-up procedures. Ensure consistency of operation across all machine equipment to implement proper corrective and preventive actions.
3. Conduct monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, and rescue of all production machinery and equipment, including support accessories (e.g., cooling tower, driller, compressor) based on schedule.
4. Understand the physical and inherent properties and product specifications of the finished products, monitoring compliance of all production output with these properties and specifications.
5. Conduct evaluations to determine if spare parts or outside machine works services are needed to repair any production machinery and equipment that is down. Initiate the appropriate Purchase Requisition Slip (PRS) as needed.
6. Facilitate the installation and fabrication of all ongoing projects of the company.
7. Test all purchased electrical, electronic, or mechanical spare parts and evaluate all contracted outside machine works services to repair any production machinery and equipment that is down.
8. Provide technical guidance and supervision to electro-mechanics in all maintenance activities of production machinery and equipment.
9. Implement the Preventive Maintenance (PM) Plan/schedule as approved by EMD and operations management. Responsible for any maintenance-related jobs for the company.
10. Participate actively in working committees or task forces as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or any related course.
2. PRC License (preferred).
3. Open to fresh graduates.
4. Cost and safety conscious.
5. Good interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work effectively with people at different levels.
