About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Crew to join our team at MKS Workforce Management Services Inc.' in Alabang Muntinlupa City Metro Manila. This is a full-time role that will see you playing a vital part in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our customers.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional mannerTaking customer orders accurately and efficientlyServing food and beverages to customers in a timely and courteous wayMaintaining a clean and organised work areaAssisting with basic food preparation tasks as requiredAdhering to all health, safety and hygiene standardsProviding exceptional customer service at all times

Previous experience working in a customer-facing role, ideally within the hospitality or service industryStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well in a team and under pressureKeen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standardsFlexible and adaptable approach to workPassion for providing excellent customer service
