About the role
We are seeking an experienced Ambassador, Membership to join our team in Metro Manila. As an Ambassador, Membership, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and fostering strong relationships with our valued members. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to be the face of our premium gaming and hospitality services, ensuring our members receive a world-class experience.

What you'll be doing

• Serving as the primary point of contact for members, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Proactively engaging with members to understand their needs and preferences, and providing personalized recommendations and solutions

• Organizing and hosting exclusive member events and activities to enhance the overall member experience

• Collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to develop and implement member retention and loyalty initiatives

• Maintaining accurate records and data related to member accounts and interactions

• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the overall growth and success of the membership program

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality-focused role, preferably within the gaming or luxury industries

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders

• Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex inquiries and issues

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) systems

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment

• Passion for the gaming and hospitality industry, with a deep understanding of the needs and expectations of high-end customers
