Position Overview

We are seeking a BPO RFP Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating persuasive proposals for a variety of clients in a timely and efficient manner. The candidate should be a highly motivated, goal-oriented individual with excellent sales and communication skills. This position involves proactively cultivating new clients and areas of company growth, negotiating contracts with new and existing clients, and overseeing CRM databases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through phone prospecting, marketing, and industry relationships
  • Proactively conducting research on potential client and industry marketing opportunities
  • Drafting pitches and overseeing the proposal/RFP process
  • Reviewing older proposals to find previous responses and rewriting them to fit current proposals
  • Writing new content and utilizing templated/recycled responses
  • Working well with others, paying close attention to detail, and being comfortable presenting and speaking with senior executives
  • Designing and maintaining effective communication materials, including presentation content and client communication
  • Overseeing CRM databases and sales cycle tracking tools to ensure they are current
  • Managing directory listings and sponsorship opportunities
Candidate Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience
  • 4+ years of experience building relationships with internal and external clients
  • Ability to translate vision and strategic plans into clear strategies with measurable outcomes
  • Proven executive-level leadership skills in deal strategy, development, financial structuring, and negotiations
  • Experience directing strategies for new sales
  • Ability to professionally draft and deliver proposals internally and externally
  • Regular reporting on sales activity
  • Solid experience managing outsourced Contact Centers and BPO operations, including inbound, outbound, chat, and email
  • Experience building relationships with C-level executives
  • Ability to work virtually and travel frequently to pursue leads
  • Proven thought leadership inspiring action, accountability, results, and teamwork
  • Strong business skills, including financial acumen, corporate planning, and account management
  • Self-motivated and highly organized
Conditions of Employment

Physical Requirements

This role is primarily office-based, requiring long periods of sitting/standing, computer use, and occasional movement, with the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
