• Technical support for mobility related concerns

• Analyzes financial impact and operational expenses for Telephony and Mobility infrastructure of the Bank

• Oversees Telephony infrastructure

• Coordination to Telco for related Telephony and Mobility concerns

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years experience on managing Telephony systems

• Has knowledge and background on telephone call flow development

• Applications: Microsoft, WebSphere, Eclipse, NetBeans, Postman, Aspect, Twilio, Cisco, Cloud PABX, Zoom Phone Intune or any contact center platform

• Has knowledge on API integrations and development

• Has knowledge on Telephony Infrastructure and integrations

• Has basic knowledge on accounting and financial analysis
