Customer Service Specialist

We're looking for a dedicated and customer-focused professional to join our home loan servicing team. If you're passionate about delivering great service and have experience in financial services or lending, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do:
- Handle customer enquiries across phone, email, and chat.
- Provide support on loan settlements, payments, variations, and discharges.
- Aim for first-contact resolution with every interaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Identify opportunities for customer retention or referrals.
What you'll bring:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in mortgages, lending, or financial services.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency with Outlook, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
- A customer-first mindset with a can-do attitude.
