What you'll do:

  1. Handle customer enquiries across phone, email, and chat.
  2. Provide support on loan settlements, payments, variations, and discharges.
  3. Aim for first-contact resolution with every interaction.
  4. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  5. Identify opportunities for customer retention or referrals.

What you'll bring:

  1. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  2. Experience in mortgages, lending, or financial services.
  3. High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  4. Proficiency with Outlook, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
  5. A customer-first mindset with a can-do attitude.
