About the role

We are seeking experienced and customer-focused MOA Insurance Account Advisors to join our dynamic team in Pasay City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position offering an attractive +35k sign-on bonus to the right candidates. As an MOA Insurance Account Advisor, you will be at the forefront of our customer service operations, providing expert guidance and support to insurance clients whilst maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and care. This role is pivotal in building lasting client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction within the insurance sector.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy, addressing inquiries related to insurance policies and claims

  • Provide comprehensive product knowledge and advice to customers regarding insurance coverage options, policy features, and benefits

  • Process insurance applications, policy updates, and amendments accurately and efficiently

  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly, escalating complex issues to senior management when necessary

  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records and documentation in accordance with company protocols

  • Cross-sell and upsell insurance products where appropriate, contributing to sales targets and business objectives

  • Follow all regulatory requirements and compliance standards specific to the insurance industry

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and positive customer experiences

  • Achieve and maintain key performance indicators including call quality, customer satisfaction scores, and productivity metrics

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in customer service, particularly within the insurance or financial services sector

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to resolving issues

  • Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and call centre technology

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

  • Flexibility to work shift schedules, including potential weekend and evening shifts

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in insurance or customer service are desirable

  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
