The Sales Supervisor handles the total performance and daily management of the boutique and its entire operations at the highest efficiency level as to:

  1. Meeting objectives on sales
  2. Manpower
  3. Follow-through on floor training
  4. Handles Sales and Customer Service
  5. Oversees Stock Replenishment, Inventory, Merchandise Delivery & Stock Transfers
  6. Coordinates with Merchandising on merchandise matters
  7. Handles finance-related activities
  8. Plans and prepares work schedule of team members; coordinates with Human Resources Department on the needed manpower; ensures discipline among sales team members.
  9. Ensures follow-through on all trainings, seminars, and orientation of different departments.
  10. Ensures that merchandise display is in order and makes every effort to improve display for better customer servicing, sales turnover, and merchandise control.
  11. Prepares necessary reports.
