REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Bachelors/College Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communication and any related field.
  2. Preferably with at least 3 years Sales work experience, and 1 year background experience in relevant work in oil industry.
  3. Highly analytical with good problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.
  5. Outstanding negotiation and persuasion sales skills.
  6. Attention to detail, speed, efficiency and teamwork skills.
  7. Punctual, organized, motivated, detail oriented and able to multitask.
  8. Proficient in all Microsoft Office and other similar software business apps social media applications.
  9. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  10. Product knowledge (willingness to learn about the company's offerings).
  11. Exceptional customer service skills.
  12. Professional driver's license may be required.
  13. Willingness to travel and work on flexible schedules.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Distributor/Key Accounts/Retailer Sales Lead Generation through research and sourcing.
  2. Account and area coverage maintenance and development.
  3. Make telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to customers.
  4. Closing actual transactions.
  5. Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the sales team.
  6. Prepare Customer Data Sheet.
  7. Submit Daily Activity Report (WAR).
  8. Submit sales and other data reports as required to track sales performance.
  9. Develop written proposals when needed.
  10. Competitor scan: account and area coverage; price tracking; trade and marketing programs and other relevant information.
  11. Coordinate sales efforts with other departments.
  12. Sales events development and participation (on assignment).
  13. Customer profiling - sales process management.
  14. Customer service management - be point person for customer queries.
  15. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
  16. Build rapport and maintain good relations with customers.
  17. Distributor relationship management in partnership with Regional Sales Manager.
  18. Maintain at least an annual average of 50% sales target hit rate.
  19. Other tasks as assigned by management.
