Position Summary

Serves as the Business Group's in-house financial adviser for mid to long term investment decisions; responsible for supporting strategic capital investment decisions and maximizing shareholder value through long term and short term financial planning, developing financial recommendations and implementation of various strategies considering company finance policies and in accordance with tax laws and applicable regulations.

Additionally, the position holder is expected to maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, business development and project teams.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Masters in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is preferred
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in areas of corporate finance, valuation, equity research, investment banking and financial planning and analysis
  • At least 3 years in financial leadership roles
  • At least 5 years experience in handling projects related to corporate finance
  • Knowledge in corporate finance
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques (e.g. DCF, IRR, NPV), and capital structuring
  • Expertise in deal execution, due diligence, and post-merger integration
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to translate financial analysis into actionable recommendations
  • Ability to negotiate and collaborate with banks, investors, and financial institutions
  • Strong project management skills to execute financing and investment transactions efficiently
  • Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, including presentation skills
  • Financial Risk Awareness
  • Leadership Skills, including the ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams
