Senior Analyst (Asset Management) (ID: 2577)

Responsibilities:

  1. Contribute to the further development of the multi-asset platform, including ongoing enhancement and expansion of the strategic and dynamic asset allocation models, FX models, and portfolio optimization models.
  2. Strengthen the efficiency of the multi-asset investment process and capability.
  3. Conduct fundamental research on the global, particularly Asia, macroeconomic environment and generate insight on the economic trends and market developments.
  4. Support portfolio management, investment oversight and risk management from quantitative and qualitative perspectives to achieve investment excellence.
  5. Work closely with fund managers and team members on ad hoc research projects.
  6. Produce routine analytics on asset allocation and macroeconomics to support investment decisions.

Job Requirements:

  1. University graduate preferably majored in quantitative finance, financial engineering, risk management, or statistics. Strong academic performance.
  2. Over 3 years of experience, preferably in multi-asset, asset allocation, macroeconomic research or quantitative research areas.
  3. Strong statistical and financial modeling skills.
  4. Proficient in Bloomberg, Excel and R/Python programming is a must.
  5. Good understanding in the financial market and various asset classes, particularly on FX and various fixed income asset classes preferred.
  6. Passion for an investment career path and a strong desire for knowledge.
