What does a Workforce Manager do? You are a key leader who ensures staff optimization, sets goals and objectives, maintains employee records, and facilitates effective communication among workers.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate programs designed to improve employee productivity, including training, talent acquisition, and performance evaluation.
  • Establish transparent systems for tasks, such as maintaining employment contracts, attendance reports, personnel data, and benefit packages.
  • Collaborate with IT to develop customized record-keeping systems to ease storing and accessing information and to support supervision of fiscal activities within the team.
  • Ensure accuracy of billing procedures for all clients within the site; identify and report on account profitability opportunities and recommend process improvements.
  • Monitor schedule adherence, service levels, absenteeism, and other relevant metrics; forecast voice and non-voice volume and measure campaign performance (seat occupancy, average handle time, etc.).
  • Work with stakeholders and clients to resolve staffing and scheduling concerns; manage campaigns per company policies and client SLAs.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years in a managerial role overseeing teams (e.g., Workforce Supervisor/Manager) and proven leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex tasks with high attention to detail and a drive to optimize procedures and processes.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and computer software; working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or ability to learn quickly; knowledge of capacity planning. Google Suite a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; a proactive, people-first leadership and coaching style.
