Job Summary (FOR MANPOWER POOLING)
Responsible for promoting positive employee relations, addressing workplace concerns, and implementing employee engagement initiatives across corporate offices and construction project sites. Handles employee grievances, disciplinary processes, counseling, labor relations coordination, and engagement activities to support a respectful, productive, and compliant work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Labor Relations, Legal Management, or a related field.
- At least two (2) years of experience in employee relations, labor relations, or HR generalist functions.
- Experience in the construction industry, project-based workforce, or multi-site operations is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, company policies, grievance handling, disciplinary procedures, and due process.
- Familiarity with handling employee concerns involving attendance, workplace conduct, performance, and policy violations.
- Experience in employee engagement activities, counseling, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations.
- Strong communication, documentation, mediation, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential employee matters professionally.
- Willing to coordinate with project sites and field personnel.
