What you'll do:

As a Pre-Press Operator, you will provide essential production support to printing, signage, and promotional product divisions. Working closely with internal teams and clients, this role ensures that artwork files are correctly prepared for production, including file checks, amendments, proofing, and approvals.

The Pre-Press Operator will also assist with online store configuration (XMPIE) and general design work when required. The role demands strong technical skills in artwork preparation, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced production environment.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Pre-Press Production
  • Pre-press preparation of supplied files check size, image quality, bleed, colour, resolution, and specifications
  • Use PitStop Pro and Adobe Creative Suite to amend and prepare client files to meet production requirements
  • Proof artwork back to clients; manage amendments and approvals process
  • Ensure all files are print-ready and meet internal production standards
• Online Store / Web-to-Print (XMPIE)
  • Configure and maintain products within XMPIE online store
  • Assist with data setup and testing to ensure smooth web-to-print ordering
• Client Communication
  • Communicate directly with clients regarding artwork approvals and file amendments, through PrintIQ interface.
  • Respond to production enquiries in a clear, professional manner
  • Provide timely updates on artwork progress and status
• Design Work & Creative Support
  • Create design concepts, layouts, illustrations, and diagrams as required
  • Source and research appropriate imagery and graphics
  • Implement client feedback on design projects
• General Support
  • Assist internal teams with production scheduling and admin tasks
  • Answer phones and assist clients with general queries (if required)
  • Support overall production efficiency and meet project deadlines

Successful candidates must have:

• At least 3+ years of experience in pre-press or graphic design within the printing industry
• Proficient in PitStop Pro for advanced PDF editing and quality control
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Familiarity with print production standards bleeds, colour profiles, image resolution, file Formats
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to strict deadlines
• Strong communication skills written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to contribute to team success
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment
• Ability to problem solve and adapt to changing business priorities

Work Arrangements:

• Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT
• Work Setup: Work On-Site
• Office Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
