8x8 is seeking an experienced and passionate Engineering Team Lead to drive the technical development of an exciting new SaaS product within our expanding portfolio. This position is based in Cebu, Philippines.

Your past experience as a developer and architect will be crucial in setting and maintaining high technical standards.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing agile scrum team consisting of 3-6 Full-stack and QA engineers.
  • Accountable for the delivery timeline and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Take ownership of all technical aspects, from architectural design and coding to production deployment and operations.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Program Managers, and DevOps team to deliver innovative, end-to-end product solutions.
  • Continuously drive technical innovation and advocate for high-quality software development practices.

Qualifications:
