Key Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of BPO experience (Strong preference for candidates with travel account experience)

  • 1+ year of experience with GDS systems, and proficiency in at least 1 of the following: Amadeus, Apollo, or Sabre

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Quick decision-making abilities and the ability to ask smart, relevant questions

  • Chat or email support experience is a big plus

  • Willingness to work onsite in Lahug. Cebu
