Role:
Customer Service Representative (Work From Home – Pampanga)
Salary Package: ₱21,600 per month (plus incentives)
Work Setup: Work From Home
Eligible Locations: Pampanga, Tarlac, Nueva Ecija, Bataan, and Zambales
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of BPO experience
- OR Non-BPO experience in a customer-facing or service-related role (e.g., retail, hospitality, banking, airline, food service, or e-commerce support)
- Bachelor’s Degree graduate or at least 2 years of college (no back subjects)
- Residing within Central Luzon (Pampanga, Tarlac, Nueva Ecija, Bataan, or Zambales)
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Must have stable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Handle customer inquiries and support requests via chat, email, or phone.
- Provide accurate information about products, orders, and services.
- Assist customers in resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Document interactions and maintain quality service standards.
- Collaborate with team members and leaders to improve customer experience.
