The Product Manager plays a crucial role in shaping the product strategy and ensuring alignment with business goals. They drive decision-making using data, forecasting, and P&L strategy while defining success through key metrics and OKRs.

About The Job

What You'll Do:

  1. Product Development – define and refine the business requirements of new products and enhancements; come up with new business ideas based on communicated goals and lead the preparation of the strategy for product development. Collaborate with Product Owners in the prioritization of features for development and maintenance of the product backlog.
  2. Product Management – take charge of setting up, implementing, and monitoring product dashboards and ensure proper coverage of Key Performance Indicators and OKRs by the Analytics Team; ensure that relevant tracking and reporting are in place for the assigned products and heavily use data to drive product development strategy.
  3. Product Design – provide guidance to the UX/UI team in creating the product requirements and customer journey, ensure requirement coverage and "fit for purpose" solution; create customer-centric products that drive usage and retention.
  4. Product Support – create the support process for product-related issues; ensure proper communication matrix. Plan out the new product rollout and facilitate the coordination among internal teams.
  5. Product Marketing – Define product rollout plans and work with internal teams to define and implement marketing strategy; ensure that KPIs and OKRs are agreed upon prior to execution and monitor product performance across different channels and available reporting and attribution tools.

What You Need To Have:

  1. At least 6 years of experience in Product Development Process for Digital Products.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in Data-driven Product Development.
  3. At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design for Digital Product.
  4. Experience in monitoring Feedback Channels.

What Can Set You Apart:

  1. Familiarity with consumer financing market space.
  2. Experience in using Product Management Tools like ProductBoard, Savio, and Aha
  3. Experience in using UX/UI tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch.
  4. Experience in using collaboration tools like Miro.
  5. Experience in using Google Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
