About the role
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and compassionate School Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our school. The successful candidate will assist with student records, parent communication, admissions, school logistics, and general office administration.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome visitors, answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage front desk activities.
- Maintain accurate student records, monitor attendance and tardiness, prepare reports, and encode information into DepEd systems.
- Prepare and distribute announcements, notices, and communications to parents, teachers, and staff.
- Process and review enrollment forms, organize student files, coordinate campus visits, and assist with student transfers.
- Coordinate school transportation, maintenance schedules, meetings, field trips, and other school events.
- Purchase school and office supplies, monitor inventory of uniforms, books, and materials, and maintain office equipment and filing systems.
- Perform other school administrative duties as assigned.

- Willing to learn and take on new administrative responsibilities.
- Demonstrates honesty, integrity, perseverance, and a strong sense of responsibility.
