Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tourism Faculty at National University, located in Dasmariñas. The Tourism Faculty will be responsible for developing and delivering course content, preparing lectures and assignments, and evaluating student performance. They will also contribute to curriculum development, supervise student research, and engage in academic advising. Additionally, faculty members are expected to participate in departmental activities, attend faculty meetings, and maintain professional development in the field of tourism studies.

Qualifications

  • Teaching experience in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
  • Expertise in curriculum development and course planning
  • Strong research and analytical skills in tourism studies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to mentor and guide students in their academic and professional development
  • PhD in Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields is preferred
  • Experience in the tourism industry is a plus
