Job Description

• Conduct cybersecurity and IT audit assignments in line with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify control weaknesses, assess risks, and recommend improvements.
• Lead and supervise IT audit engagements, providing guidance to junior auditors.
• Collaborate with business units on audit and consulting projects.
• Advise on IT and cybersecurity risks during projects and vendor reviews.
• Contribute to reporting for management and audit committees.
• Assist with third-party audits and special assignments as needed.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Accounting, or related fields.
• CISA certification required; CISSP, CISM, CEH or equivalent is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity audits or programs (ideally within banking/FinTech).
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS, PCI-DSS), banking processes, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of cyber threats, cloud/network security, and secure development practices.
• Team player with high integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment.
