Job Description

This position requires knowledge about PRECAST CONCRETE.

Must be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to drive revenue growth and expand market presence for precast concrete products. This role involves developing strategies, managing key client relationships, and ensuring the effective promotion and delivery of precast solutions to meet the needs of the construction and infrastructure sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth for precast concrete products.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the precast industry.
  • Set sales goals and create actionable plans to reach them.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide training and support to sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and assess the competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create and promote sales materials and campaigns.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to order fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Work closely with production and logistics teams to address any issues related to product availability and delivery.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management within the precast concrete industry or a similar sector.
  • Experience with specific types of precast products (e.g., panels, beams, columns).
  • Strong knowledge of precast concrete products, applications, and industry standards.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to precast concrete.
  • Relevant certifications or training in sales management or precast concrete technology.

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday - (Compressed Week - 10.5hrs/day)
