Responsible for the development, motivation, and leadership of the department in its goal of reducing or eliminating workplace accidents, including those affecting the public, through effective Safety, Security, Health, and Environmental programs in accordance with the Company's goals and objectives to improve workplace Safety and Security. He/She is also responsible for overseeing the entire Security Operations, ensuring that the Company and its assets are free from internal and external security threats. This position is also responsible for ensuring full compliance of the Company with all Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and DENR requirements set by the government.

Requirements
  • Must be a licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
  • Must be a DOLE Accredited OSH Practitioner or Consultant
  • With at least 5 years in a related field, at least 3 years of experience as Supervisor or a minimum of 1 year of experience as Manager
  • Must have good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Must be able to lead the team
