About the role

Siccion Holdings Inc. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Officer to join our dynamic team in our Cubao, Quezon City office. As the Accounting Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records and supporting the overall financial management of the company. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and development.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices and collection of customer payments.
  2. Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts on a regular basis.
  3. Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  4. Coordinate with other departments to gather financial data and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  5. Provide support to the Finance team in various ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in a similar industry.
  3. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records.
  4. Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications.
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  6. Knowledge of relevant accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
