Achievement of Sales Target

  1. Develop programs designed to generate product offtake for assigned products.
  2. Monitor and evaluate product sales performance, progress and results of marketing programs, updates higher management on these and recommends changes if necessary.
  3. Prepare data on sales trends of assigned product lines, provide direction for the preparation of sales budget by the Sales department, review and recommend adjustments of submitted budget, and monitor sales performances with sales managers.
  4. Ensure buy-in of the sales group/managers on the programs proposed.

Marketing Management

  1. Coordinate with or manage internal and external parties in the implementation of marketing programs and projects in the areas of, but not necessarily limited to, research, product conceptualization and development, packaging design, pricing, marketing communications, sales promotions, sales, sales distribution, merchandising, and public relations.
  2. Interact regularly, through fieldwork or other forms of communication, with traders and end-users to maintain contact and familiarity with these markets.
  3. Develop creative materials for all types of media advertising to include but not limited to TV, radio, print, web, aligning the materials to the topline objectives. Work with advertising agencies to implement approved plans aligned with the budget.
  4. Control and monitor A&P budget for assigned product line.
  5. Lead product development efforts in coordination with R&D.

Market Research

  1. Determine research and data needs of assigned products.
  2. Conduct regular trade and market visits and accomplish reports.

Knowledge: Business intelligence, technical, client orientation, profitability, project management, product defining and launching, advertising, trade marketing.

Skills/Abilities: Language skills, communication skills, strong management and negotiation skills, above-average mathematical skills.

Attitude: Guts, innovation, cultural awareness, team spirit, safety.

Education: Graduate of marketing, Chemical Engineering or Business Management or equivalent work experience.

Experience: At least 3 years working experience in brand management, advertising, sales.
