Center Operations Manager:

AP is continuing to grow. If you enjoy challenges and want to do great things for children, please come and join us. We are looking for an Operations Manager. This is a very KEY ROLE in our organization:

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR / Centre or School operations, especially in HR administration, payroll management, P & L, and business development of educational / children developmental or related services
  • Must be results-oriented with a strong customer service orientation and culturally sensitive
  • Team facilitation skills, experience, and demonstrated ability to resolve complex problems impacting people, process, and program issues
  • Must be able to operate independently where appropriate but understand when to escalate issues
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written English) are required
  • Computer literate with a good understanding of technology, social networking, and net engagement
  • Confident, cheerful, and proactive with a positive attitude

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic planning for the development of ABA therapy service for the Philippines office
  • Proactively manage the day-to-day operations of the business, including the full spectrum of HR, administration, and overseeing the finance aspect – including monthly invoicing to customers and monthly reports to management
  • Provide professional customer care service, such as introducing therapy details, retaining a clear understanding of parent needs, and proposing suitable course packages with efficient follow-ups
  • Organize, communicate, and manage the detailed daily schedule of therapists, including planning holiday and emergency cover across all venues to satisfy parents and therapists while optimizing resources
  • Lead and build a better workplace by improving staff satisfaction through various staff initiatives
  • Assist with office administration and other general business operations as required by Directors and the needs of the business
  • Carry out marketing tasks to raise brand awareness and network with relevant places and organizations
