About the role

As a Branch/Store Manager at Isetann Department Store and Supermarket, you will oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of one of our retail stores either in Recto, Cubao, Cariedo, Sta. Mesa Metro Manila. In this full-time leadership position, you will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing a team of store associates to deliver a world-class shopping experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Achieve sales and profitability targets for your store, whether in the department store or supermarket

  • Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and loss prevention

  • Recruit, train, and develop a motivated and high-performing team of store associates

  • Foster a positive and engaging work environment that promotes teamwork and customer service excellence

  • Analyse store-level data and insights to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective strategies

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations

  • Liaise with regional and head office teams to support the overall success of the business

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of success as a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in the consumer products industry (department store or supermarket)

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results

  • Demonstrated success in driving sales, managing inventory, and delivering exceptional customer service

  • Proficient in data analysis and using insights to inform business decisions

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
