CAD Operator

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the technical details of Architectural, Structural, and MEPFS works for our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the TSG Head on the technical aspects of Architectural, Structural, and MEPFS works.

• Prepare Body Plans, Wall Setting-out Plans, Shop Drawings, As-built Drawings, and other assigned plans and drawings.

• Attend technical meetings and prepare/issue minutes of meetings and agendas.

• Review Architectural, Structural, and MEPFS plans for accuracy and completeness.

• Report any discrepancies or design issues between the Architectural, Structural, and MEPFS plans to the Project Manager and prepare necessary clarificatory documents.

• Monitor and follow up on the resolution of discrepancies or design issues in Construction Drawings, reporting any delays to the TSG Head.

• Prepare rehashed estimates of architectural works included in the project contract.

• Monitor work accomplishments of direct subcontractors and prepare corresponding status reports.

• Track the RFA & RFI schedule and critical milestone dates to ensure timely project completion.

• Advise the TSG Head of any constraints that may cause project delays and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Suggest value engineering or cost-saving measures to the TSG Head and Project Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit Architecture.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Willingness to be assigned to Batangas.
