We are hiring for a Financial Controller for our client in Eastwood, Libis.
This follows a hybrid work setup and a salary of up to 200K Monthly.
Minimum Requirements:
- CPA qualified with at least 5 years of post-qualifying relevant experience as head of finance for a large PHP-based group.
- Excellent communicator, both verbal and written.
- Confident in dealing with senior managers.
- Commercially savvy and strategically focused.
- Ability to work autonomously, providing direction to operational managers and making sound and sensible decisions.
- High standards of integrity and work ethic.
Preferred Experience:
- BPO experience preferred.
Job Description:
- Financial Leadership: Oversee the financial function, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Compliance: Maintain compliance with relevant financial regulations, accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP), and internal controls.
