We help our clients maximize the value of their SAP investment by managing the support and continuous transformation of their solutions in the areas of sales, finance, supply chain, engineering, manufacturing and human capital
• Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience
• Certification(s) Preferred: SAP Certification in FICO/CFIN
• Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrates some level of abilities and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member as follows: Develops weekly hours burn report and monthly support analysis deck; Performs manual quarterly/monthly patch testing (Functional stream); Performs automated quarterly patch testing (Technical stream); Assists in testing automation; Assists in system reports/integrations development in enhancement pipeline; Prepares Functional/Technical specs; Assists Transition Manager in onboarding new engagements; Provides administrative assistance to team members, including status reports and client-facing documentation/presentations; Offer functional and/or technical subject matter expertise; Meets with stakeholders to confirm a thorough set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining a thorough understanding of current and future state business processes; Demonstrates experience in use of SAP, specifically FICO/CFIN in a support/AMS environment; Functional knowledge or Familiarity on the basic business processes with the following SAP functional areas
• SAP FICO
• SAP MM
• SAP SD
• SAP HR;
• Is responsible for fixes and enhancements to the application to achieve the customer's business requirements
• Works together in pods or client-aligned teams to deliver for multiple clients
• Uses standard methodologies and tools; Proactively monitor systems for performance and issues and perform root cause analysis of production and non-production systems; Works and delivers against engagement SLAs and KPIs; and; Ability to configure SAP FI-CO and CFIN, deliver work products / packages confirming to the Client's Standards & Requirements; Understand client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications and configure the system accordingly; Integration of the FI-CO module with other SAP modules and with external applications; Hands on experience in configuring / defining the following in the FICO / CFIN: SAP FI – Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable; SAP FI – Asset Accounting; SAP CO – Cost Centers and Profit Centers; SAP CO – Internal Orders; SAP CO – Product Costing; Central Finance -Initial Loads; Central Finance - Error Cockpit; ICMR -Configuration, Matching Methods, Reconciliation Case, Matching Rules/Matching Expressions; Interfaces; Experience in S/4 HANA; Experience in SAP Group Reporting and/or SAC; Exposure to interfaces like ALE/IDOC or EDI/IDOC with little technical knowledge
• Additional Qualification Flexible to support different US time zones (2:00PM to 11:00PM, 3:00PM to 12AM / 4:00PM to 1:00AM / 5:00PM to 2:00AM)
• Amenable to work in BGC Taguig Metro Manila
