Ideal Tech Staffing is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Associate to join our team in Cebu City, Philippines. This in-person role is perfect for a skilled digital media professional with expertise in social media management, content creation, graphic design, B2C marketing, direct sales, and digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Content Strategy & Execution

  • Execute a high-engagement content strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, under the guidance of the Marketing Director.

  • Create captivating Reels, Stories, and Carousels featuring healthcare, customer service, medical services, and client testimonials.

  • Organize and oversee photo shoots, ensuring all creative assets are optimized for viral and shareable content.

  • Engage with the community by responding to DMs, comments, and client inquiries in a brand-aligned manner.

  • Maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with seasonal trends and brand goals.

  • Provide monthly performance reports on social media engagement, influencer/affiliate programs, and ad performance, with data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Creative Adverts & Performance Optimization

  • Design high-converting PPC ad creatives for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads, following AIDA principles and industry best practices.

  • Continuously analyze ad performance metrics and optimize visuals and messaging to maximize ROI.

Sales, Outreach, & Brand Growth

  • Work closely with the Marketing Director to boost direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales through social engagement, direct outreach (cold calls), and email list growth strategies.

  • Meet a weekly quota for points of contact with identified leads (calls, emails, DMs, etc.), following and updating a shared spreadsheet of leads/converted leads.

  • Build and manage brand affiliate programs to strengthen community presence and enhance outreach.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of advertising campaigns and marketing initiatives.

  • Utilize cold calls, email marketing, and other sales strategies to generate leads and drive business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in social media marketing, graphic design, or digital advertising is preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of B2C marketing, direct sales, and outreach strategies.

  • Proficiency in video editing, content creation, and email marketing tools is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
