WEIN² is looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer who wants to own what they build: .NET at the back, React at the front, AWS underneath. You'll write it, ship it, run it, and make it better once it proves its value. The role is fully remote.

Bottom Line Up Front

If you'd rather write code and hand it to someone else to run, this isn't that role. If you want to own what you build, including fixing it when it breaks, we'd like to talk.

Who we are

WEIN² is a FinTech specialist consultancy: AI-first, and serious about software that performs. We work with lenders, payments, wealth, insurance and fintech businesses.

Don't let the word "consultancy" fool you. Most of our work isn't advice. It's building the thing and running it, and our engineers stay with what they ship.

We were built by an operator, not a slide deck. Our founder, Nadav Yogev, was CTO of Blueberry Markets, a regulated trading business, and part of the leadership team that grew it from 7 to 9 figures.

Technical leadership. You'll join a business founded by a former CTO, where building is the core of the work.

What you'll do

Develop backend services in .NET and frontend applications in React

Deploy and maintain infrastructure on AWS

Troubleshoot issues and improve application reliability and performance

What you'll need

Hands-on development experience with both .NET and React. You've built with them yourself.

Experience deploying and managing AWS infrastructure. You've done the work, not just watched it happen.

Useful, not essential

Python and Node.js

Knowledge of trading systems or financial markets

Experience with real-time, low-latency systems
