ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and results-driven Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing recruitment team.
You’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned accounts—from sourcing and candidate engagement to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
This is a great opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and wants to grow with a fast-scaling startup.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing through onboarding
- Source and engage candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, JobStreet, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels
- Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates based on role requirements
- Coordinate assessments, hiring manager interviews, final interviews, offers, and pre-employment requirements
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate records
- Conduct timely candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment process
- Build strong candidate relationships and provide a professional, positive candidate experience
- Work closely with hiring managers and internal teams to meet hiring targets and recruitment timelines
- Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed of hiring
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
- At least 2 years of hands-on Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience
- Proven experience handling end-to-end recruitment
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, screening, and candidate evaluation skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong candidate management, communication, and relationship-building skills
