*Job Description:*

We are urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Financial / Insurance Account in BGC, Taguig. This is perfect for candidates with a financial / banking background who want to grow their career in a global BPO.

*Responsibilities:*

• Handle customer inquiries related to financial and insurance accounts
• Provide account support and resolve concerns professionally
• Deliver excellent customer experience
• Meet quality, compliance, and performance targets

*Qualifications:*

• Completed at least 2nd year college (required, non-negotiable)
• With financial / banking background (required)
• At least 1 year BPO experience
• Good to excellent communication skills
• Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
• Can start ASAP
