Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain all machines in good condition.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on all motors.
  • Keep a record of maintenance for machines and motors.
  • Repair work orders and carry them out.
  • Take care of lighting in general areas.
  • Submit daily reports to the Chief Engineer.
  • Attend meetings as assigned by the Chief Engineer.
  • Inform the Chief Engineer of all happenings in the department.
Others:
  • Engage in continuous learning through your own IDP.
  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the superior.

  • Represent Dusit's brand and its values at all times. Establish relationships and deliver an exceptional guest experience while promoting Thai graciousness.

JOB REQUIREMENT:
  • Technical College
  • Minimum 6 years of direct experience in kitchen engineering in the hotel industry.
  • Able to communicate in basic English.
