Job Description
The Senior Developer is part of the software development team that builds and maintains enterprise applications in an Agiledevelopment environment. Responsibilities include participating in the design, development, testing, and maintenance ofvarious software systems.
- Participate in the design, development, and testing of software that provide solutions to business challenges
- Participate in development process through attending daily stand-ups, iteration planning meetings, retrospective meetings and the actions required to fulfil the Agile Development Process
- Participates in discussions on architecture and direction of company technology platforms
- Develop, enhance, and maintain existing applications that support business activities
- Adheres to change management process to ensure integrity of the production environment
- Utilize source code management tools to manage source code following internal process
- Implement technology best practices as defined by the internal development and architecture teams
- Follow and promote all technology use policies either with technology teams or the end user
- Works with Quality Assurance, Project Management, and Business Analysts in their roles to deliver quality solutions

- Assign tasks, train and mentor Junior Developers
Qualifications and Requirements
- B.A./B.S. in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related discipline
- 5++ years of relevant work experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio and Azure DevOps / Team Services
- Full-stack Developer with hands-on experience in coding using C#.Net, Angular and SQL
- Working experience with MS SQL Server
- Good understanding of OOP and N-Tier architecture
- Microsoft Azure development experience
- Experience with the Agile development methodology
- Excellent organizational and oral and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Ability to communicate ideas to technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to interpret business needs, strategy, challenges into technical requirements
- Must understand existing enterprise technologies and their standard applications, as well as the application of new
technologies as needed
