Our Client:
In this position, you will be assigned to our client located in Melbourne. They are primarily focused on meeting the needs of businesses and the individuals within them through a collaborative approach to financial services. They pride on an integrated service offering, giving peace of mind that comes with knowing financial and lifestyle goals are being worked on.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. The role requires administrating, configuring and supporting an enterprise application and enterprise integrating services.

Your Background:

  1. Bachelor's degree in IT / Business related discipline.
  2. Has previously performed a support role working in a 24/7 capacity with vendors and various stakeholders in delivering new applications, improvements to applications and integrating disparate applications.
  3. Experience in JavaScript.
  4. Performed administration, configuration and development changes in applications to enable additional functionality to be made available to users in meeting functional and workflow requirements.
  5. Demonstrated experience in using a software development methodology and tools in delivering application and integration functionality that meets user requirements.
  6. Proficient in the use of reporting and extracting tools (the preferred skills include Microsoft SQL, Crystal Reports, jReports, CCL or mPages).
  7. Well-rehearsed in managing releases in a three-tier environment and managing user acceptance and system integration testing signoff.
  8. Demonstrated experience in improving systems and processes that have resulted in the quality of service provided to customers.
  9. Proven aptitude for problem-solving in a technical environment and experience in supporting a real-time on-line production environment.
  10. Excellent aptitude in learning new systems quickly, and is able to effectively use work tools and resources to meet the requirements of this role.
  11. Proven ability to analyse complex problems, and be flexible, innovative in the provision of solutions within a rapidly changing environment.
  12. Ability to work as a member of a team (team player) with limited supervision and in a team environment of high work volume and conflicting priorities.
  13. High level of written and verbal communication skills is required that provides information to various people (technical and non-technical) in a purposeful, constructive and impartial manner.

Nice to Have:

  1. Health industry experience in administrating, configuring and/or supporting a Patient Administration System (TrakCare and Cache), and Clinical System (Cerner).
  2. A relevant tertiary qualification and/or well-recognized IT industry certification.
  3. Proven experience in report and development tools (such as Cerner's CCL and mPages).
  4. Good understanding of relational database design principles and used them in practice.
  5. Strong background and experience in configuring, developing, and testing integration interfaces using development tools such as Rhapsody, Mirth or equivalent tools.
