Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regulatory Affairs Assistant at Future Glow Philippines, located in Quezon City with some work-from-home flexibility. The Regulatory Affairs Assistant will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, analyzing regulatory requirements, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • FDA Regulatory Compliance – Assists the Regulatory Affairs Officer to check and ensure that the company complies with all relevant FDA regulations and requirements.
  • FDA Regulatory Maintenance – Maintains organized files to ensure all permits and FDA requirements are up to date.
  • Stays up to date with relevant FDA regulations.
  • FDA Regulatory Filing – oversees filing of all regulatory permits and registrations with the FDA.
  • Supplier relations – aids the product planning team in informing suppliers of regulatory requirements in the Philippines.
  • Product Development – provides consultation on legal FDA requirements related to product packaging and formulation to ensure our products comply with FDA regulations.

  • Experience in Regulatory Affairs
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Regulatory Affairs, Health Sciences)
  • Knowledge of Philippine regulatory requirements is a plus
