We're seeking a JM - Customer Service VA to join our growing team.
A core responsibility of this role is to create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This means documenting a clear, step-by-step guide for recurring tasks to ensure consistency and efficiency across the team. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating these SOPs as procedures evolve, ensuring the documentation always reflects the most current and effective methods.
What You'll Do:
Answering incoming calls.
Follow up calls and emails.
Reaching out to waitlisted students.
B2B & B2C Communication.
Reviewing/answering emails.
Responding to all Inquiries promptly.
Providing information to potential clients.
What We're Looking For (Required Skills/Experience):
Customer Service: Strong understanding of professional communication standards, phone etiquette, and service excellence across B2B and B2C channels.
Adaptability & Multitasking: Ability to seamlessly switch between inbound calls, outbound follow-ups, email queues, and administrative duties without losing attention to detail.
Email & CRM/Communication Tools: Familiarity with email management platforms, CRM software, and multi-line phone systems to efficiently handle incoming and outgoing inquiries.
