What does a Head of Delivery do at Hogarth?

Our client is a globally recognized technology company known for innovation and design excellence. The Hub Head of Delivery will oversee all production activities across global teams, ensuring quality at scale and fostering an inclusive environment where teams can thrive. The role requires calmness and agility in a fast-paced environment, working closely with global leadership teams to deliver projects of varying complexity.

• Ensure the successful delivery of all output from the Hub, maintaining high quality standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate delivery teams to meet industry standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and global studios.
• Manage resourcing to meet delivery needs, ensuring flexibility and productivity.
• Promote consistency and cross-training in production processes.
• Plan and allocate resources effectively for scope requirements.
• Drive efficiency and continuous improvement through data and insights.
• Implement global innovation initiatives at the Hub level.
• Identify and mitigate risks, intervening as necessary to recover projects.

Requirements

• Proven leadership skills managing studio teams across multiple stakeholders.
• Technical expertise in print, colour retouching, digital artwork, and Adobe Suite.
• Knowledge of image reproduction needs, website builds, HTML, POS, motion graphics, and email marketing.
• Creative, flexible, and solution-oriented with campaign delivery experience.
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
• Ability to use metrics and data to improve processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Ability to prioritize and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
