The Program Associate, directly reporting to the Program Manager, executes administrative tasks related to the conduct of the program's classes, academic activities, and events.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Assist the Program Director and Program Manager in the preparation of standard presentations and reports.
  2. Provide assistance in researching materials to be used by the faculty members.
  3. Assist in the execution of class operations and requests of the program director/supervisor.
  4. Assist in collecting data and sending reports to ask for basic analysis as needed.
  5. Assist in encoding data and processing forms as needed by the team.
  6. Assist in producing, digitizing, and organizing materials needed by the team or requested by the faculty.
  7. Assist the team with scheduling meetings and mentoring sessions.
  8. Organize and preserve all program-related files and secure their confidentiality.
  9. Assist in student recruitment activities of the institute.
  10. Assist participants with the required documents needed to submit to CHED.
  11. Communicate with participants who were not interested and encourage them to join.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Education: Graduate of any bachelor's degree; preferably Education.
Experience: At least 1-2 years of work experience.
