1. To prepare Working Drawings/ Technical Details
2. To work closely with the team and project architect to develop, coordinate and implement the proposed design from concept design to documentation and construction
3. To prepare preliminary plans for initial meetings
4. To prepare presentation materials, data tables, and reports
5. To assist during presentations
6. To prepare Concept, Schematic, Design Development, Tender/Construction drawings in CAD
7. To assist with RFI, RFA, RAM, shop drawings
8. To prepare drawings for building permit applications
9. Coordinate with consultants, authorities & contractors

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Interior Design
2. At least 3 years working experience in Architecture and/or Interior Design
3. Required Skills: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office Apps, Enscape
4. Able to work independently, with minimal supervision
5. Fast and adaptable learner
6. Very willing to adapt to office processes and working style

Working Hours:

9:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday
