The Opportunity:

Are you looking for a varied role? We're seeking a motivated Medical Scribe to join our team working as Medical Scribes. This role will see you working remotely with our healthcare client who focusses on wound care and is based on the US East Coast.

This position is remote, so offers you the flexibility of working from home.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Transcribe written notes from physicians and healthcare providers, ensuring accurate medical records
• Pre-fill information related to vital signs, physical exams, and wounds
• Provide online copies of transcribed documents for review as required, ensuring necessary changes are made in a timely manner
• Enter data into electronic health record (EHR) systems for streamlined record-keeping
• Uphold strict patient confidentiality and ensure quality assurance in all transcribed documents

To succeed in this role you will need:

• Certification as a Medical Scribe would be advantageous but not essential
  
• 2+ years of experience in a US healthcare environment
• Experience with wound care is preferred
• Proficiency in medical jargon
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Fast, accurate keyboarding and data entry capabilities, and
• Be a strong team player, with exceptional attention to detail

Qualifications:

Degree in BS Nursing or similar field

Service Fee:

Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.

Hours:

US Eastern Standard Time (EST) - 9am to 6pm
