Recruitment Administrator

Schedule:
Core hours: 6 AM to 3 PM (Australia time)
Must be flexible for team meetings, occasional overtime, weekends, and PH holidays
Required to report to the office 8 times a month (flexible days)
The Recruitment Administrator will support day-to-day HR and talent operations, ensuring smooth delivery of processes like onboarding, offboarding, work arrangement changes, recruitment, and employee experience initiatives. This role plays a key part in keeping HR operations organized, accurate, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:Handle administrative tasks across HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee movement
Support the Graduate Program, internal mobility, and recruitment processes
Assist in managing leave and work arrangement changes (e.g., parental leave, ATP, LOA)
Manage employee data, documentation, and HR-related expenses
Provide support in performance management and other HR projects
At least 2 years of experience in HR administration, including recruitment and onboarding
Experience working in a professional services or corporate environment
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Knowledge of HR process management and documentation handling
